Qingdao Eastchem Inc launches new activated clay products series – Eastchem® C recently 

Eastchem® C Series Activated Bleaching Earth contains activated carbon and very suitable for refining hard-to-bleach vegetable and animal oils and fat.

Eastchem® C Series  is manufactured by acid activation of Ca-Bentonite， which is a fine, black/dark-grey powder showing a highly porous inner structure and a multitude of acid sites upon its surface.

Eastchem® C Series is a highly activate bleaching earth used in wide scope of applications, which is well suitable for the removal of polar compunds like chlorophyll, phospholipids, peroxides via chemisorption and acid catalysis as well as unpolar components as for example carotenoids and polycyclic hydrocarbons (PAH).

Eastchem® C Series is very suitable for refining hard-to-bleach vegetable and animal oils and fats, but also for decolourization of natural waxes.
