Application
- Fumaric acid, as a kind of food additive, is used asacidity regulator, acidifier, antioxidant aid, pickling accelerator, fragrance etc. It is mostly used in combination with citric acid
- Fumaric acid of industrial grade, which can be used as plasticizer and adhesive, is the raw material of FRP, vinyl acetate emulsion, fine chemical intermediate such as medicine and optical bleaching agent, etc.
